Seattle Prep junior, Aslan McCurdy has been a member of The Panther since sophomore year. She currently serves in the completely fake role of Assistant to the Editor of PNW Life. Aslan is a top-notch journalist. Her dedication to her work is an inspiration to the rest of the staff and evident in everything she writes. Aslan is known for brightening everyone’s days with her kind and optimistic words of encouragement. When Aslan is not writing for the paper or driving to and from her house in Shoreline, she enjoys: power lifting, pottery classes, watching Friends on Netflix, cooking, and spending time with her more successful sister, Kate. Even though she has just recently become Snapchat famous, she still makes time to actively participate in the girls cross country team and frequently volunteers to bring the snacks.
