Kinect Dance Connects Students

The theater was packed with screaming supporters in white, green, red, and blue on Thursday March 9th while Backstreet Boys blasted from the speakers. Olympic week dancers on the stage took turns competing against each other to dominate at Xbox Kinect Dance. However, despite the overall effort and passion put forth into hitting all the snazzy moves, only Alexis Wong ’19 and cafeteria Head Chef Kenyetta Carter would advance to the final round.

The finals for the dance-off were held in the gym at the closing ceremonies. The whole school jammed to “Boom Boom Pow” by the Black-Eyed Peas and watched Marquette Collegio emerge victorious as Wong wowed the crowd.
