Olympic Week Event Name That Tune Embodies Spirit and Fun

Although Name That Tune may be a small event, it was very entertaining to watch and fun to participate in. The 2018 Olympic Event, Name That Tune, was a big hit on Wednesday during lunch. Abigail Smith ‘20 representing Marquette Collegio expressed her thoughts participating in Name That Tune, “I really enjoyed watching Mr. Zipse and Mr. Barmore dance to all the songs. Mr. Barmore was doing a hilarious jig.”
The audience watching the event were very entertained when Mr. Richardson guessed the song, “Day N’ Nite” by Kid Cudi. A variety of songs were played such as, “Hey Jude” from the Beatles and “Whatcha say” by Jason Derulo. Maggie Waltner ‘20 representing Jogues Collegio faced off against Ellie Malone ’18 in the finals of Name That Tune. Competing for the win Waltner ’20 and Malone ‘18 had to name difficult songs by Beethoven. Finally, Malone was crowned winner!
