Olympic Week From a Bird’s Eye View

In Seattle Prep’s Olympic Week 2017 an unexpected event caught more eyes than ever before: the Picture Perfect contest.

With a picture of the new event Human Foosball, Adam Ambuske took first place for his Sophomore Collegio, Juana. This unordinary picture showcased a birds-eye view of different classes competing on the back field with students kicking a soccer ball inside a blow up arena. The Foosball event was eventually won by the Senior class. The runner up featured a photo from Teilhard Junior Collegio and third place went to Rahner Collegio. All photos submitted by these three Collegios were shown at the Olympic Week finals assembly.

Ambuske’s picture shot from a drone turned everyone’s head as they opened their jaws in amazement of the quality and the unexpected angle of the photo. As Olympic Week came to a close, this picture helped sum up the many talents students showed in order to make memories with their classmates.
