As the fall sports jump-stop to a close and pivots to winter sports, the Panthers look to resume a strong program of Prep Boy’s Basketball. When asking Head Coach Mike Kelly about the biggest challenges for the season, he mentioned adjusting to new roles. With a young team, the Panthers will surely step up to the challenges by preparing systematically. The goals for the upcoming season will be to improve day to day, learn things that we didn’t know about ourselves, and compete fiercely in every game and practice, said Coach Kelly.
To prepare, the team is dieting and getting in shape. Sophomore Sean Gummersall commented on the team’s training with the workout program designed by Coach Durand, “We all work hard to develop as athletes and teammates.”
